Nuclear Neighbors BETA Time thief speedrun

Day 10 in under five minutes — 39 awards. A dare, not a casual loot loop.

Time Thief Guide

Time thief is the speedrun stamp in Nuclear Neighbors BETA. The badge text is exact: Reach day 10 in under 5 minutes. Our September 2026 snapshot logged 39 awards. That is Cryo Chad territory (25) and Stinky territory (38), not Getting cozy territory (4,636 people who simply lived to day 10). The same day-10 gate is easy if you play normally and rare if you compress it into five real minutes. This page is the dare guide. The slow day ladder stays on how to survive.

Nuclear Neighbors BETA is a public BETA from Building Adventure on 20-player online servers. A speedrun in a full lobby is a social problem. Other people will loot, joke, and open the toilet. Do this with a crew that wants the stamp, or accept that fill servers will waste the clock.

What the badge actually says

  • Target: day 10.
  • Constraint: under 5 minutes.
  • Created 26 August 2026 with the encounter wave.
  • 39 awards means it is completable, not theoretical.

What it does not say: whether the five minutes are real-world, whether days pause in menus, whether cryo time counts, or whether HARD and DEADLY change day length. Those missing lines are why this wiki will not publish a fake “day = 12 seconds” table. If your HUD shows a day counter racing, believe the HUD for that session. After a patch, believe the HUD again. Watch updates.

Getting cozy is the same day-10 number without a clock. True survivor is day 50 (~48 awards). Help me is day 100 (24). Time thief is the only badge that puts a real-time cap on a day gate. Treat it as a different sport.

Setup that does not need a fake TAS

Normal mode only. HARD’s Skin and Bones is 10 days with 18 awards and no clock. DEADLY’s THE END IS NEAR is 5 days with 33 awards. One Above All is still 0. A Time thief attempt on DEADLY is two dares stacked. Do not.

Skip side loops. Do not spin the wheel for fun. Do not farm fridge beans. Do not upgrade the cryo pod. Do not hunt Hatman, vampire friend, or Child of Radiation. Those stamps have their own nights.

Call the plan. In a 20-player chat, “time thief, day 10, five minutes” is enough. If half the server starts a cricket pile or a rat screenshot, leave and requeue. Awkward.. is still 0 awards. It is not your problem tonight.

Learn the space first. Do one clean Getting cozy on the map so you know houses, bunker, wasteland. A first-hour player should finish getting started before they touch this dare. Thirty-nine awards are not a tutorial.

Controls are Roblox defaults. Read controls once so you are not fighting the camera while the clock runs. We will not invent a sprint bind the BETA did not print.

During the five minutes

Move with intent. Loot only if the day counter clearly needs you alive. A wipe at minute four is a failed thief, not a “almost.” If Skeleto is in play, do not experiment; GET AWAY is a five-day discipline badge, not a speedrun helper. If Hatman appears, the take is a fail. Requeue. Do not write a Hatman skip that we cannot see in badge text.

If the day counter is slower than five minutes no matter what you do, stop. Either the BETA does not let days tick that fast in your build, or the condition is stricter than “run in circles.” 39 awards prove someone met the rule. They do not prove your lobby’s day length. File a mental note, check the BETA changelog, and try after a stamp on the experience Updated field.

There are still no confirmed promo codes that skip days. The codes hub is empty on purpose. Anyone selling a “Time thief code” is inventing strings. Executor “day skip” tools are ToS breaks; see scripts.

After the badge

Check Roblox inventory. If it popped, you are done with the dare. Go back to food, shower, and the slow ladder. If it did not pop, do not grind twenty fill servers in a row on a theory. Thirty-nine people have it. You can wait for a quieter lobby.

Do not chain Time thief into Stinky (20 days without showering) or Cryo Chad (max pod, 25 awards) the same night. The badge checklist exists so you pick one row.

What we will not fake

We do not have a confirmed real-time length of a “day.” We do not have a confirmed pause rule for the wheel, cryo, or death. We do not have a published route through named streets, because the developer has not named streets. The map stays honest.

Time thief is a rare, completable clock badge. Reach day 10 in under five minutes. Use Normal, a willing lobby, and no side quests. That is the whole guide until Building Adventure prints how long a bunker day actually is.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Nuclear Neighbors BETA players.

What is Time thief in Nuclear Neighbors BETA?

A badge for reaching day 10 in under 5 minutes. 39 awards in our September 2026 snapshot. Getting cozy is the same day without the clock.

Should I try this on HARD or DEADLY?

No. Use Normal. HARD 10 is Skin and Bones. DEADLY 5 is THE END IS NEAR. Stacking clocks and difficulty is how the 39-award club stays small.

Does cryo help the speedrun?

Unknown. Cryo Chad is a different badge. Do not mix pod upgrades into a five-minute day-10 attempt. See the cryo pod guide.

Can a code skip to day 10?

No official codes are confirmed. Ignore skip menus until the codes hub lists a real string.

Why so few awards?

The clock is strict and 20-player fill lobbies waste time. Isolate the dare, then return to how to survive.
